Program Overview

One of most popular programs, young children “live and breathe” stories out in the wild.  With the turn of each day, comes a new story and adventure for the children to recreate with friends! Programs may vary based on location.

Program Details:

This 6 Week SESSION’S TimberNook Theme is: STORYBOOK

This Program begins with songs and one of your child’s favorite story books. Your children will then have the opportunity to re-create the story out in the woods using loose parts, costumes and their own imagination. Curriculum includes: Farm Day, Goldilocks, Spaghetti I Say, Loose Parts Art, Road Work and Explore Music.

This is a drop off program that runs every Thursday May 6-June 10th from 9:30am-12:30pm for ages 4-9 years old.
Perfect for homeschoolers, children not yet in school or children with flexible school schedules.

All Covid Safety guidelines and protocols will be followed.
Staff Ratio is 1:6.
There is a TimberNook Certified and Trained Provider onsite each day.
Other staff include: Occupational Therapists, Educators, Outdoor Enthusiasts, and pediatric Yoga Instructors. We also will at times have Master Level OT student interns and high school students interested in childhood education, the medical field, and the great outdoors.

Children bring snack and a refillable water bottle from home.
Dress your kids in old outdoor play clothes that can get dirty and wet. A change of clothes in their backpack is recommended.

Cancellation Fees: If you cancel you will receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
We hope you understand. With caps on enrollment, planning for staff and supplies, we need to be able to plan ahead for a fun and safe program with your children.

Children of all abilities are welcome. If you feel your child may need additional assistance or would like to learn more to see if your child is a good fit for TimberNook please contact us to see how we can work together to make your child’s TimberNook experience a great one!

Financial Assistance MAY be available for qualifying families through 2 different organizations:
