Welcome to Spring 2021 Tiny Ones !!!

Tuesdays from 9:30 am to 11:00 am

We will be meeting out in the woods this Spring from 9:30-11:00 to read stories, sing, play and explore in the great outdoors!  This class is for children AND their caregiver.  If you have a baby under 18 months old, they can attend with you for free with your enrolled child.  The stage is set with a story and song and ‘loose parts’ are strategically placed in the natural environment of the woods.  Adults then step back and tune in and watch the magic happen!  The children benefit from unstructured play time learning to negotiate the natural fine and gross motor challenges presented in nature. They will learn to work together in groups to achieve goals and begin the basics of conflict resolution.  Come join us for a wonderful time with your child/children.  Classes are held rain, shine, heat or snow.  If weather is just too severe to be safe, class is cancelled and a make up class will be scheduled if possible or we will prorate your tuition.  Dress your children, and yourselves accordingly.  They will get wonderfully messy, dirty, wet, cold, hot and HAPPY 🙂

All MA Covid Safety guidelines and protocols will be followed.
We have a pop up tent and camping potty onsite. Families are also welcome to bring potty chairs if toilet training for use in the potty tent.

Children and Caregivers are asked to bring their own snacks and refillable personal water bottles. We provide separate water for drinking and handwashing.

There is a TimberNook Certified and Trained Provider onsite each day.
Other staff include: Occupational Therapists, Educators, Outdoor Enthusiasts, and pediatric Yoga Instructors. We also will at times have Master Level OT student interns and high school students interested in childhood education, the medical field, and the great outdoors.

Financial Assistance MAY be available for qualifying families through 2 different organizations:
1. If you live in Acton or Boxborough please check out the Doli Atamian Campership Program at
