Program Overview

Our popular year-round forest program gets children playing outdoors and learning in the fall, spring, and winter months. Children enjoy “living and breathing” stories, diving deep into their imaginations, engineering in grand-scale play experiences, and so much more! They’ll also get plenty of time to cook over an open fire and play for hours on end. Programs may vary based on location.

LWO “Drop-In” Tuesday

We are now offering families a “Drop-In” day so your child can see what our Little Wild Ones program is all about! This is great for families who are not quite ready to commit to a full session or for those who are curious about outdoor nature programs. Space is limited and drop-ins are only offered twice a month.

Our outdoor classrooms at the farm include dense pine forest, walking trails, a creek, climbing ropes, swing, mud kitchen and a pole barn – everything your Little Wild One needs to get out and play the TimberNook way.

Each week there is a different theme for our large scale play experiences. You will receive an email prior to the program day with more information.

  • This is a drop-off program.
  • We are 100% outdoors.  Appropriate attire is required.
  • Sibling discounts are available upon request.
  • We run four seasonal sessions per year. Drop-in fees are based on a daily rate/session.
