Ready for some classic summer outdoor fun?  Join us for a 4-day summer enrichment week that will inspire creativity, wonder, play, and imagination.  During this epic week, children will have the opportunity to befriend a new bear, and take them on a journey, complete with picnics, obstacles, parties, and more.  

Our summer enrichment weeks are designed to help your child become more confident, creative, coordinated, & independent.  Every day is filled with games, discussion, grand TimberNook experiences, extended time for child led play, ample space for nature exploration, and so much more!

Your Friends in the Wild: Bear Week Registration includes:

• 4 days of unique nature-based TimberNook programming.
• 12 hours in nature to give your child extended time to fully engage in the play theme and outdoor space.
• Exclusive access to over 10 acres of natural space.
• Daily popsicles to keep cool
• Daily newsletter with photos from the day, tips for home, and a comprehensive developmental summary of the day
• The peace of mind that you are supporting your child’s development, and giving them an epic summer experience that they will talk about for the days and weeks ahead.

Friends in the Wild: Bear Week Dates & Details: 

• Monday thru Thursday, June13-16, 2022
• 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Ages: 4-8 years old (age range is flexible)
• This is a drop-off program.
• Each day will focus on a different play-based experience.
• You will receive a comprehensive welcome packet a few days in advance with complete information on where to go, what to wear, what to bring, and what to expect.

Program Notes:

• A  Certified TimberNook provider facilitates the program.
• Your provider is always CPR/First Aid Certified.
• This program is staffed at a 6:1 child to adult ratio.  All staff are background checked and fingerprinted.
• A primitive camp toilet is available.
• TimberNook West Central Florida programs are 100% outdoors. Weather appropriate attire is required.
• We are located in Southeast Plant City on over 10 acres of natural woods, a pine tree farm, grassy fields, and more.  701 Sparkman Road, Plant City, FL 33566.
