Program Overview

Your child will collaborate with others to create grand-scale works of art from scratch! If you believe your child will enjoy art experiences embedded in child-led play, then this is the program for them! Programs may vary based on location.

Program Details:

Extreme Art at the Avon Hills Folk School

Children ages 7-12 will have the opportunity to explore their creative confidence by experimenting in many artistic ways.

This one day experience draws from the full week Extreme Art Experience such as creating their own Flags and Forts, to their own Costumes and other opportunities for creative and artistic expression and exploration!

Join us for this memorable day in the woods and along the creek of the Avon Hills Folk School.

Our schedule for the day:

9:00: Check in, Welcome Circle
9:30: Snack
10:00: Fort Building, etc.
12:00: Lunch / Fireside Snack
1:00: Flag Making and Extended Play
3:00: Dismissal
